Portrait of Diana Wolter

Diana Wolter - Paris

A brand is only as strong as the story people repeat about it. I write that story - and place it where it travels.

Three years across agency and in-house teams have taught me the unglamorous half of glamour: the journalist who answers because you never wasted her time, the creator who posts twice because the product actually fits her life, the press day that ends with coverage instead of leftovers. I run campaigns end to end - angle, list, pitch, logistics, follow-up, reporting - in French, German and English.

Diana Wolter is a German fashion PR, influence and communication specialist based in Paris, France. She leads influence for Northern Europe at Jimmy Fairly, after press roles at IC Insight Communications in Paris and The People Agency in Hamburg. Her work covers media relations, KOL and creator activations, press events, showroom management and brand storytelling for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands - alongside fashion writing and the podcast Les Visionnaires de la Mode.

Trained in Paris and Düsseldorf - fashion communication at MOD'ART International, marketing and international fashion journalism at EIDM Paris and FDI Düsseldorf - which is where the writing habit comes from, and why a press release and an editorial page get the same amount of attention.

What a week looks like

Building the angle before the list. Calling journalists rather than blasting them. Picking twelve creators instead of two hundred, then making sure the parcel arrives on the right day with the right note. Running a press day from the floor plan to the last thank-you. Reading the coverage afterwards and saying out loud what worked. Media relations, influence and KOL activations, press events and press trips, showroom and press shopping, monitoring and reporting - in German, English and French.

Wednesday's Calling

Éclat Magazine - concept, styling direction & editorial copy

Mysterious, eccentric, and a little bit crazy: Wednesday Addams is our favourite Tim Burton-inspired heroine. And don't we just love the thrill of her chilling Death Stare? Wednesday's unique personality adds a refreshing playfulness and an intriguing sense of mystery to the high-fashion pieces of emerging designers.

Les Immodérés - Episode 02

Les Visionnaires de la Mode

Charles Frederick Worth, or how haute couture was invented

Written, researched and produced for Les Immodérés, the podcast of MOD'ART International. The episode retraces how an English draper turned dressmaking into authorship - signing his gowns, staging live models, dictating the seasons - and invented the machinery that Paris fashion still runs on today. Same instinct as the press work: find the story inside the archive, then tell it so people repeat it.

05 - Trajectory

Junior PR Northern Europe

2025 - Present

Jimmy Fairly - Paris, France

Four markets, one voice. I choose who wears the glasses in Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and Portugal - scouting, negotiating, shipping, following through - and build the press and creator moments around them with local agencies.

Press Assistant - Lifestyle & Design

2024 - 2025

IC Insight Communications - Paris, France

Lifestyle, beauty and design houses, and a phone that rang both ways. I kept the journalist list alive - over five hundred names - wrote the releases and newsletters, ran ten influence campaigns and three seeding waves, then showed clients exactly what came back.

Social Media Manager

2023 - 2025

The People Agency - Hamburg, Germany

Daily posting for fashion, beauty and lifestyle accounts, and the conversations underneath them - with talents, with journalists, with whoever showed up in the comments.

Influencer Management & Marketing Assistant

2022 - 2023

The People Agency - Hamburg, Germany

Fifty-plus campaigns spent standing between brands and talents, translating one into the other - briefs, activations, numbers afterwards, and one event run end to end.
